Most items in our stores are covered under some form of warranty that vary from brand to brand and are dealt with on an individual basis. Sully's does not personally cover any items sold under an in-house warranty.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Warranty claims are forwarded to the warranty department of that specific brand, and usually require a few photos of the faulty item(s). They will then determine whether or not your item is covered.
