Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or have purchased the wrong size of an item, we will happily accept exchanges for a replacement item or for store credit up to 30 days after purchase on regular priced items. **Sale snowboard hardgoods are final sale.**

As we are a small business, we unfortunately will not be accepting any full refunds on orders. 

For exchanges, you may send your item back to us via mail or exchange in person at our Crossiron Mills location. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs back to us unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. For all exchanges, the item(s) being returned to us must be unused, unworn, and still have all the original tags intact.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Sully’s cannot issue any refunds for shipping charges.

 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm MDT.

Free Shipping is applied to orders over $50, and applies to Canada only. Some exceptions may apply. Free Shipping does not apply to sale/clearance snowboard hardgoods (boards/boots/bindings).

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Unfortunately we cannot accept cash, cheque, money order, or phone payments online.

For your security, the name and billing address you provide must match the name and billing address on your credit card. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to terminate your order.

As a small business, our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory. In the rare case that an item is sold out, you will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid. Please also note that sometimes you may be given a display item. If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please contact us via email.

Orders are processed & shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays within Alberta & Canada.

Free shipping applies only to domestic orders. We also provide in-store pickup at our Crossiron Mills location.
